Reselling Domain Service
We have a program to support Value Added Resellers (VARs) of DOMAIN Web
Space. We welcome your business and our goal is to provide you and your
customers with the best service available! Always let us know if there may be a
way in which we can server your better: Your good business is our good
business! Please carefully review the following agreement. Feel free to ask
questions. We would like to avoid any confusion!
Our current prices are always listed at our web site, you may resell either
BUSINESS, PREMIUM or ECOMMERCE domain service and receive a discounted rate for both
setup and monthly fees.

Setup Fees: There are NO setup fees for Web Service.
All other services and rates are not discounted. Note that fees may be changed with 30 days notice, unless prepayment was made. NOTE: We
do not give prepayment discounts for VAR discounted sites.
You take care of billing and page preparation. We bill you on a quarterly basis for
BUSINESS service or monthly for PREMIUM service. Invoices must be paid
before the start of each service period.
If we do not receive payment by this date the service may be
cancelled.
To become a VAR you must already have a web site hosted with us at the
current prices. This first site is NOT discounted. If you are able to comply
with these guidelines please send an email message to service.
We will then assign you a VAR account name, normally the name of your first
site.
- We will activate the web site immediately upon receiving your
order. We will invoice you later. Wait to submit the order form until
you want the site activated. If you wish to register a domain only, just
submit a normal order form for registration service only.
- When setting up a NEW site, please submit an order form from our site,
and enter your VAR account name on the form. If you are in a hurry
for activation you may choose "Instant Activate" on the order form and the
site will be activated within the hour. If you wish any special add-on
services like MySQL or different billing periods, please let us know in an
email message later.
- We will then configure our name servers appropriately and activate web
service for the site. We will then send you an E-mail message. This
should normally occur within 1 business day. Contact us immediately if
we do not respond. IMPORTANT: Please make sure the domain name
information is accurate. You will incur setup charges at this time
-- even if you have problems registering/modifying the domain later.
- We will take care of domain registrations within the .com, .net, or
.org domains ($10/year). You will be responsible for handling all
other domain
registration/modification, ALL basic
technical support questions on HTML, cgi scripts, etc. Your
25% monthly discount is based on the fact you have enough UNIX, web, and
PERL/C experience as to not require "any" help from us.
We are still responsible for handling system issues such as email,
monthly statistics or server problems.
- When moving a domain to our servers, our hostmaster must be listed as
the technical contact. The following name servers should be used:

- If your customer does attempt to contact us directly we will normally
refer them back to you for assistance.
- You will incur charges from us until you notify
us the domain is cancelled. You should be an E-mail message from service
within 1 business day acknowledging the cancellation.
- Remember, you are our customer and are responsible for payment.
If one of your accounts is delinquent, service on all accounts may be
suspended.
- Visa/MasterCard are implementing stricter policies and penalties
regarding Credit Card "charge backs". This is where a card
holder disputes a charge appearing on their card as not authorized. The
key guideline is that credit cards are NOT transferable. A cardholder
must know the name of the actual merchant being paid for service. We
have checked with our processor and will be implementing the following
guidelines immediately:
- DO NOT SUBMIT any electronic credit card information to us, via
our on-line payment system, unless your name or your business
name appears on the credit card. The last name should match what
we have on record for your master VAR account.
- If a card holder wishes to pay you by Credit Card, and you are
not a merchant -- you must give them the printed invoice from us
and have them sign the authorization and either fax or mail it
to us.
Each VAR has their own unique niche and technology. We are willing to discuss
changes to this standard agreement. On extra support services (email,
auto responder, forums) we cannot offer any VAR discount on the setup/monthly
fees (necessary to cover our internal costs).
We are contracting with you for service in ALL cases, subject to our terms
& conditions as published at our web site. You may enter into any
agreement you desire with your own subscribers, but our terms & conditions
control our interaction with you. You should make sure your customers
understand that any contract terms are subject to change with 30 days notice!
