You supply us with the layout for your pages, text, graphics, and
any custom input forms (i.e. user can fill in order information and
submit data to you) and we will give you a solid quote within 48
hours. You may FAX us your material at (315) 635-3243. If you do
your preparation using Word Perfect or Microsoft Word, just attach
the document file to a message you send us. We can convert that
directly to HTML and save you additional charges. Design rates are
based on $40/hour. Most sites can be created for about $50!

own Secure Server |

Our Control Panel allows you to set up a FREE secure area
using our secure server; however, you may also purchase a secure certificate that will use your own
domain name. i.e. https://secure.your-company.com.
We are now pleased to offer secure certificates at a reduced
reseller rate of $69/year. These certificates are resold to us by
Tucows (the same company we use for domain name registrations), but
are actually issued through the GeoTrust Certificate Authority.
We are using a GeoTrust certificate on a secure site,
https://secure1.thebook.com,
and it's been working well, we've had NO problems with browser
compatibility.
Our staff can help you in ordering the certificate and in
configuring our servers for its use. The cost is $30 setup
and then $10/month. The cost for the actual certificate is
$69/year. Please note that you must already have
Business Domain Service with us for the non-secure web site with the
same domain name. Please use our Secure Certificate Request Form
to send us the information needed to generate your Certificate
Signing Request.

Hosting Other Users in your Space |

If you are interested in reselling Domain service please
check our guidelines. You are free to resell space within your
URL as you desire.

File Download/Anonymous FTP |

Besides servicing your HTML source and graphics, you may also
wish to offer people visiting your page the ability to download
files for there own use, e.g. a sample computer program or a word
processing document containing a catalog. There is NO charge for
setting up this service for Domain service subscribers.
Another nice feature is an "incoming" directory which allows
visitors to your site to upload files to a secure area if you
desire. It is a "blind" upload, they cannot see what other
files are there and they cannot overwrite existing files. It
provides an easy means for people to send you a large file outside
of using email or other media.
Additional usage in excess of your service level's data transfer
is billed at the same http transfer rates.
